Call Center Representative - CALL CENTER

About the role

Under the general direction of the Call Center Coordinator KC or appropriate Practice Administrator/Manager, provides telephone support to the clinics by answering patient calls; accesses the Epic system; creates in basket messages; and performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Clerical, medical, and call center/phone work experience

Pay

$18.82 – $28.20 per hour (base pay range; additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities).
