Call Center Representative BDC - Acura Sales

Responsibilities

• Supplementing the sales team by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner
• Scheduling sales appointments and logging appointments in E-leads
• Taking note of any special client requests
• Promote current sales programs to clients
• Field phone and internet inquiries
• Work closely with sales representatives
• Conduct follow-up calls

Requirements

• Experience working in a phone sales or customer service environment
• Prior BDC experience with an automotive dealership preferred
• Outstanding phone presence, able to effectively field a high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls
• Trainable in various computer systems
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
• Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
• Professional personal appearance
• Available to work weekends
