Call Center Representative | 4X10 Shift | Full-Time (4 Days a Week)
About the role
MCI is a fast-growing tech-enabled business services company delivering CX, BPO, and XaaS solutions across various industries. We hire Call Center Representatives to support major brands in retail, telecom, and software, assisting both residential and business customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and empathetically
- Listen actively to customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
- Use internal systems to manage accounts and complete service tasks
- Identify and apply upselling techniques
- Clearly explain products, services, and processes to customers
- Aim for first-call resolution through strong communication and problem-solving
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction when necessary
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Reliable and punctual with strong time management
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Customer-focused, empathetic, patient, and responsive
- Ability to multitask and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Subject to the program and location of the position
- Willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Willing to submit to drug screening

Schedule
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
