La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) is a FQHC with several locations in Southern New Mexico. For over 40 years, La Clinica has provided services to the residents of Southern New Mexico. About the role
Familiar with LCDF protocols, policies, and procedures. Responsible for professionally responding to all clinical, administrative, or access inquiries. The Representative handles a large volume of calls regarding patient care needs, including scheduling in a timely manner, answering calls, requesting refills and referrals, while upholding the company’s core values.

Responsibilities
- Respond to clinical, administrative, or access inquiries professionally.
- Handle a high volume of calls related to patient care needs.
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately.
- Process prescription refills and referrals.
- Maintain strong communication and customer service standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Medical office experience in appointment scheduling and extensive public contact work, preferably via telephone, with a minimum of one year in a clerical position.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Maintain a current driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.

- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
