Call Center Rep - Part Time (29 hours)

About the role

This position effectively manages multiple daily calls while also completing a variety of daily administrative tasks. In addition to providing first rate member service, the Call Center Rep is accountable for meeting an established number of daily and monthly calls, as well as seeking ongoing cross sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work until 8 pm during the week
  • Minimum of three - six months of on-site training at our NW Houston location
  • Saturday availability
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
