Call Center - Pre Qualifying Screener

Responsibilities

• Qualify customer interest and connect them with sales representatives.
• Answer inbound calls from various media platforms including TV commercials, radio ads, and social media channels.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a call center or sales is a plus.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Bedford, TX 76054 before starting work (required).
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed.
• Requires eligibility for a telemarketing license in the state of Texas.
• Must be able to work Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm CST.
