About the role
As a telemarketing agent at CoverageX, you’ll be reaching out to prospective customers who have inquired about extended vehicle or home service contracts. You’ll also handle inbound calls from various media platforms such as TV commercials, radio ads, and social media channels. Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers who have inquired about extended vehicle or home service contracts
- Handle inbound calls from TV commercials, radio ads, and social media channels
Requirements
- Prior experience in a call center or sales is a plus
- Must live within 20 miles of the Bedford, Texas office before starting work
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed
Pay
Base Pay: $18.00 per hour + Commission/Bonuses
Expected Annual Pay: $40,000 - $45,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week
