About the role
As a telemarketing agent at CoverageX, you’ll be reaching out to prospective customers who have inquired about extended vehicle or home service contracts. You’ll also handle inbound calls from various media platforms such as TV commercials, radio ads, and social media channels. Our environment is fast-paced, professional, and fun, offering a dynamic call center experience.

Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers who have inquired about extended vehicle or home service contracts.
- Handle inbound calls from various media platforms such as TV commercials, radio ads, and social media channels.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a call center or sales is a plus.
- Ability to relocate to Largo, FL 33777 before starting work (required).
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed.
Pay
Base Pay: $18.00 per hour + Commission/Bonuses
Expected Annual Pay: $40,000 - $45,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, 40 hours per week.
