Call Center Patient Service Representative (Bilingual English/Creole)

Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Creole.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
