About the role

The Call Center Patient Services Representative I position at Healthcare Network (HCN) is part of the Call Center office located at 1454 Madison Ave., Immokalee, FL 34142. This position is open to remote applicants after a minimum of 3 months of on-site work.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from patients seeking information about appointments, services, and billing issues.
  • Handle inquiries related to scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient registration.
  • Provide general health information and answer basic health-related questions.
  • Process patient registrations and updates, including demographic and insurance information.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Follow up on patient concerns and escalate issues to appropriate staff members.

Requirements

  • Bilingual candidates are preferred due to the majority of our patients' first language being Spanish.
  • Florida residency is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or call center operations is beneficial.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to pass a Level 2 AHCA screening.
  • Must successfully complete a urine drug screen.
  • Must validate job-required immunizations.
