Responsibilities

- Answer and respond to customer phone calls, email communications and field requests professionally and timely (both internal and external)
- Research and resolve customer issues and follow up when necessary and appropriate
- Fulfill requests for information and maintain account changes
- Process customer comments and feedback
- Agent is the voice for the customer and funnels feedback & concerns to the Customer Support Supervisor or Director
- Work week is primarily Monday-Friday but will include a weekend rotation
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
