About the Role

The Insurance Filing Specialist is responsible for locating and reporting insurance information via claims analysis and interactions with damagers. This is a work-from-home position requiring strong phone skills and the ability to positively interact with callers.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls for IFF and route callers to the correct team member
• Utilize Beyond to cross-reference insurance information on repeat damagers
• Enter and update insurance information into Beyond
• Extensive phone usage to file claims
• Determine appropriate claim codes to update Beyond
• Assist supervisor and team members as requested

Bonus Structure

• 1st–15th of the month:
  • Level 1: $515K = $105
  • Level 2: $600K = $150
  • Level 3: $685K = $205
• 16th–End of the month:
  • Level 1: $1.275M = $105
  • Level 2: $1.350M = $150
  • Level 3: $1.425M = $205

Requirements

• Extensive phone skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
• Thorough and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Accurate data entry
• Excellent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of insurance experience preferred (not mandatory)
