Call Center / Customer Service

This is a sales-focused opportunity where you will spend your day on the phone and computer, handling inbound sales calls and emails, setting appointments, and answering questions for the new vehicle sales department.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound sales calls and emails, and set appointments or answer questions for the new vehicle sales department.
• Respond quickly to internet and phone inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Follow up with customer requests and questions by discussing them with the management team.
• Maintain positive relationships with teammates and dealership management.
• Utilize the CRM tracking system daily.

Requirements

• At least one previous role based in customer service or a call center.
• Previous dealership BDC experience and Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.
• Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor.
• Positive and hardworking personality.
• Strong computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
