Call Center Agent - Full Time (Tropicana Atlantic City)

In this role, you’ll be committed to providing exceptional service, solving problems, and ensuring every customer interaction ends with a satisfied bettor. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and continuous learning are key.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of service with every customer interaction (phone, email, etc.)
• Collaborate with other agents to share customer success stories
• Partner with cross-functional departments (retail, marketing, tech, etc.) to resolve customer issues
• Deliver on KPIs agreed upon by you and your direct supervisor
• Engage in continual learning with hands-on training alongside other agents, leads, and management
• Provide information to customers about their account and transactions
• Be seen as a "thought leader" in resolving customer issues
• Handle other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced call center is a plus
• Must successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and obtain a gaming license where required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Able to handle complaints and difficult situations calmly and patiently
• Demonstrate high standards, initiative, proactivity, and professionalism

Essential Functions/Exposures

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of time
• Regular attendance in the office is required
