Responsibilities
- Transports guest luggage to the room assigned after registration process is complete.
- Picks up guests' luggage upon departure and transports to transportation or delivers for storage.
- Informs guests of the Hotel's facilities, services available, points of interest and entertainment attractions.
- Affords assistance with room changes and maintains room key security.
- Completes required room slip information and submits to Bell Services Agent after each front.
- The Bell Service Attendant will also be responsible for storage and retrieval of luggage in the luggage room as assigned by the Bell Services Agent.
- Covers all bus and junket luggage delivery and pickup.
- Completes special assignments as requested.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of local areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Pleasant personality, able to lift heavy pieces of luggage.
