In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, assist with issues, and up-sell products and services, ensuring first call resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to type accurately at 20+ words per minute
• Background checks and drug screening required
• Physical ability to work in an office setting
