Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management software.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
