Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
