As an independent contractor, you will work US business hours turning customer inquiries into booked home‑service appointments.

Position Overview: Turn customer inquiries into booked home‑service appointments. We are building a pool of sales‑oriented customer support professionals who can handle inbound calls, follow up quickly and maintain accurate service bookings.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and outbound follow‑ups for service inquiries and missed calls.
  • Ask clear questions, explain the next steps and book service appointments.
  • Keep booking details and customer notes accurate in the CRM.
  • Follow established scripts and booking processes while communicating naturally.
  • Route specialist requests to the right team and track booking activity and follow‑up tasks.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant professional customer service, sales or appointment‑booking experience.
  • Clear spoken and written English for direct US customer conversations.
  • A record of handling busy phone workflows and following up with leads.
  • A quiet workspace, reliable internet and a suitable headset.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, feedback and performance metrics.
  • Availability to work US business hours as an independent contractor.

Skills

  • Direct experience supporting residential home services, plumbing, HVAC or field‑service customers (nice‑to‑have).
  • Hands‑on use of ServiceTitan or a similar home‑services CRM (nice‑to‑have).
  • Outbound sales or appointment‑setting experience (nice‑to‑have).

Pay

Salary range: USD 2,000–2,500 per month (indicative; actual compensation depends on the specific match and experience).

Schedule

Work schedule: US business hours; exact hours are confirmed for each opportunity.
