The role involves giving customers clear, reliable support while keeping accurate records and following issues through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions through the assigned communication channels.
- Record requests, actions, and next steps accurately.
- Resolve routine issues within the agreed process and escalate when needed.
- Follow up on open cases and coordinate with the relevant internal team.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
- Practical experience with help‑desk, CRM, customer communication, and knowledge‑base tools.
- Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
- Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience supporting US‑based clients or teams.

USD 2,000–2,500 per month
