California Defense Litigation Attorney (Permanent/Remote)
About the role
Latitude is seeking a civil defense litigation lawyer barred in California to join a national law firm with offices near San Francisco, CA on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a remote position but candidates should live in California to attend court appearances and depositions as needed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of civil defense litigation experience, specifically personal injury defense
- Licensed to practice and in good standing in California
- J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Prior trial experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting

Pay
The salary range for this role is $165,000 to $215,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses and equity compensation. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
