Calibration Technician, First Shift

About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Calibration Technician to join our team at our Loves Park facility. This entry-level to mid-level position plays a key role in maintaining the precision and reliability of measurement equipment used in high-stakes aerospace manufacturing and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on technical environment and wants to contribute to high-precision aerospace work.

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. The ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident (i.e., 'Green Card holder'), or a protected person (e.g., asylee, or refugee).

Responsibilities

• Perform Equipment Calibration: Conduct routine calibration of laboratory instruments and equipment according to established standard operating procedures.
• Maintain Calibration Records: Accurately document calibration data and maintain detailed records to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support Maintenance Activities: Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of calibration tools and systems under the guidance of senior technicians.
• Adhere to Quality Standards: Follow all quality guidelines and protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of calibration processes.
• Communicate Technical Information: Share calibration results and technical information effectively with team members to facilitate collaborative operations.

Pay

• Level 1: Estimated annual base pay: $20.67 - $26.92 plus overtime.
• Level 2: Estimated annual base pay: $24.52 - $31.73 plus overtime.

Schedule

1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
