We offer pre-stressed, spun-cast concrete and round tapered steel poles serving the Commercial & Industrial, Transportation (DOT), Municipal, Intermodal, and Utility markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify any non-conforming products
• Build cages for molding
• Ensure proper parts are available to be used
• Place all parts and cut holes in proper orientation to mold set up
• Properly button the PC Wire
• Deliver cages to molding, both by hand and by crane
• Keep work area organized and clean, keeping safety first in mind
• Sort and organize baseplates
• Make certain that all parts are clean
• Make back up parts (example: tie wire, heads, top mount assemblies)
• Other duties as requested by supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals
• Must be able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and drawings required to carry out the job
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to compute measurements of all base plates
• Knowledge in the different cage styles (example: taper)
• Knowledge in all the set ups of the button machine
