Production Control/Planner

Responsibilities

• Manage the picking and assigning parts to open sales orders for shipment, in coordination with manufacturing & planning coordinator, and Sales team.
• Verifies quantities to be part-marked, packaged, and shipped prior to picking to help streamline shipments.
• Aid in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling the flow of materials, labor, and quality standards throughout the production cycle.
• Ensure material movement in production cycles to support seamless and continuous operations with all departments.
• Ensure a smooth running and efficient facility, maintaining a safe environment and quality control.
• Communicate with all departments, including engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, and logistics, to meet production goals and customer delivery requirements.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Cook with shipping personnel on inventory and stock movements.
