Cage/Club Representative

Essential Job Functions/Duties

• Assists customers with transactions and balancing bank drawers within the Cage function.
• Maintain accuracy throughout all phases of the balancing process.
• Promote the day-to-day membership of the Players Club (Sun Club) and work with the Marketing Department in meeting promotion goals.
• Print Sun Club Cards, answer questions, direct guests to the Marketing area, and perform other duties as required.
• Facilitate the flow of information by working with the Marketing Department and attending required informational meetings.
• Work with the Cage Supervisor and Marketing Manager on special projects as needed.
• Stock promotional items and inform the Manager when items run low.

Job Specifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be computer literate.
• Ability to work independently and use good judgment.
• Excellent mathematical aptitude.
• Able to handle heavy business volume and sensitive situations promptly.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels.
• Must be able to secure and maintain a STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License.
