Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves meals according to recipes and guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining area.
• Ensures adherence to food safety regulations and procedures.
• Handles inventory and restocks supplies as needed.
• Assists with meal planning and preparation based on customer demand.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service or related field preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Food Handlers Card.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
