Responsibilities
- Prepares and serves meals according to recipes and guidelines.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining area.
- Ensures adherence to food safety regulations and procedures.
- Handles inventory and restocks supplies as needed.
- Assists with meal planning and preparation based on customer demand.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in food service or related field preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Good communication skills to interact with customers.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items.
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Food Handlers Card.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
