Physical & Workplace Requirements

• Regular and consistent attendance required
• Ability to stand and move throughout the cafe/bakery for extended periods of time
• Ability to use hands and arms continuously for operational tasks
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and walk regularly throughout the shift
• Ability to move items weighing up to 50 pounds for distances of up to approximately 20 feet
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to interact professionally with team members, customers, vendors, and leadership
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions and procedures provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Ability to perform basic math and cash handling functions when necessary
• Ability to visually assess product quality, cleanliness, and operational standards
