Join the Team at Haymarket! Do you love great food, local farms, and making people smile? Haymarket by Ashbourne Farms is looking for energetic Cafe Team Members to join our shop on River Road!

Pay & Perks

• Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on your experience).

What You’ll Do

• Craft Great Drinks: Use high-end espresso machines to make lattes, cappuccinos, and more.
• Serve Fresh Food: Prepare and serve delicious menu items using fresh, local ingredients.
• Be a Pro: Handle orders and payments quickly and accurately.
• Keep it Clean: Help keep our kitchen and dining areas sparkling clean, stocked, guest ready, and safe for everyone.
• Deliver the Goods: Occasionally help out by dropping off local orders.

What We’re Looking For

• A People Person: You have a friendly attitude and love helping customers by creating a polished first impression.
• A Multitasker: You can handle a busy rush while keeping a cool head.
• A Team Player: You show up ready to help your coworkers and keep things running smoothly.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• If you’ve worked in a cafe or as a barista before, that’s a huge plus!

A Few Details

• The Schedule: Weekend availability is a must!
• Physical Needs: You should be able to stand and walk for 8–10 hours and be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• The Environment: You’ll be working around hot ovens and cold freezers to get the job done.
