The Role

Essential Functions (Included, but not limited to)

• Be a Natural Connector: Proactively engage with guests in a high-energy environment that serves as both a community space and a local coffee shop.
• Serve as a Brand Advocate: Share the value of Capital One’s products and services through genuine conversation rather than transactions.
• Simplify the Complex: Guide customers through our digital ecosystem, helping them master mobile tools and troubleshooting tech challenges with ease.
• Facilitate Purposeful Impact: Host and support local events that promote financial health.
• Advocate & Problem-Solve: Advocate for our customers, problem solve, and own issue resolution in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a Culture Carrier: Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where every guest feels welcome.
• Stay Agile & Engaged: This isn't a traditional "behind-the-desk" banking role. You'll be on the move and active throughout the day, moving through the Café to connect with the community and support the flow of the guest experience.

Basic Qualifications

• A High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
• Average High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree
• 2+ years of banking experience
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience
• Proficient in G-Suite
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Pay

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Las Vegas, NV: $47,840 - $55,016 for Cafe Ambassador

Schedule

Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with hours and days subject to change.
