About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cadillac Sales & Customer Experience Manager to lead our team in New Zealand. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring a seamless luxury car ownership experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive Cadillac vehicle sales and market penetration in NZ.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from customer inquiry to delivery, ensuring a premium and personalized experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute campaigns that promote Cadillac’s brand and vehicles.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stock rotation, to meet customer demand.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a luxury or premium brand.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver results.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
