Service Advisor - Cadillac

Principal Purpose of Position

Prepares service estimates, sells routine maintenance/repair services and conducts follow-ups regarding unsold services and customer inquires
Predicts the time needed for completion and stays in constant communication with the customer during the repair process
Schedules appointments, answers phones and collects funds for services performed
Aids with the coordination of alternate transportation, rental car reservations, shuttle etc.
Sells needed maintenance services and related parts to customers
Identifies customer requests
Conducts a complete vehicle walk around
Presents multi-point inspection results to customers
Recommends needed maintenance services and related parts
Conducts a detailed active delivery of each vehicle
Provides appropriate prospecting and follow-up contacts with owners
Provides outstanding customer service in accordance with dealership policies

Education and/or Training

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Intermediate skills in CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds software

Relevant Work Experience

1 year experience working in a service advisor or express service advisor capacity

Pay

Competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location
This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average of $3,000-$10,000/month with earning potential based on your personal performance.
