About the Role

The Application Analyst III is primarily responsible for supporting the design and build of designated applications. This role involves overall build of workflows, system configurations, change documentation, and support of operations for the application. The position is self-directed, requires minimal supervision, and serves as a knowledge resource for Application Analysts I & II.

The Application Analyst III handles installation, upgrades, and configuration of the application, assists in coordinating customer support activities, and creates and executes test scripts for implementation, upgrade, and maintenance initiatives. This role also addresses customer or build issues, recommends mitigation plans, and escalates complex issues. On-call support is required during go-live and ongoing maintenance periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute application design and build.
• Provide application support and maintain constant communication with customers.
• Document workflows, system configurations, and test outcomes.
• Create and execute test scripts for implementation, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Address customer or build issues, recommend mitigation plans, and escalate complex issues.
• Provide on-call support during go-live and ongoing maintenance periods.
• Recommend areas for process improvement through project management.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 4 or more years of relevant system build work experience.
• Certifications: Epic Cadence & Referrals certified (Prelude and/or CRM Call Management preferred).

Pay

$100,619.00 - $142,124.00 per year. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
