About the Role

The Application Analyst III is primarily responsible for supporting the design and build of designated applications. This role involves the overall build of workflows, system configurations, change documentation, and support of operations for the application. The Application Analyst III works self-directedly with minimal supervision and serves as a knowledge resource for Application Analysts I & II.

A typical day may include executing application design and build, providing application support, maintaining constant communication with customers and documentation, and recommending areas for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Installation, upgrades, and configuration of the application
• Coordination of customer support activities
• Creation and execution of test scripts for the application, documenting all test outcomes
• Advanced troubleshooting and support for implementation, upgrade, and maintenance initiatives
• Addressing customer or build issues, recommending mitigation plans, and escalating complex issues
• Providing on-call support for the application through go-live and ongoing maintenance periods

Requirements

• Associate’s degree with 4 or more years of relevant system build work experience
• Certifications: Epic Cadence & Prelude certified (Referrals and/or CRM Call Management preferred)
