About the role

The Caddie Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the caddies at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. This position ensures that all caddies adhere to the resort’s policies and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train caddies in proper golf etiquette and safety procedures.
• Ensure all caddies are equipped with necessary tools and supplies.
• Monitor caddies' performance and provide feedback to improve their skills.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to caddies.
• Manage caddie schedules and assignments.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage and train a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience working in a hospitality setting preferred.
