CAD Technician

About the role

Location: On-site in Lynchburg, Virginia

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering and shop manufacturing through creation of 3D CAD Models and 2D CAD Drawings.
• Modify drawings based on received red-line drawings provided by Engineering.
• Work with peers to complete reviews and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Previous experience with NX, Team Center, and MicroStation required.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Must be highly self-motivated, directed, and organized, with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.
• Must be a US Citizen with no dual citizenship.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Department of Energy (DOE) clearance.
• Previous manufacturing and design experience preferred.

Pay

The base salary range for this position in Virginia (US-VA) is expected to be between $64,000 and $90,000 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. The total compensation package may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits.
