CAD Supervisor

About the role

The CAD Supervisor will oversee the design and development processes within the Research & Development team. They will ensure that all projects adhere to industry standards and company guidelines while utilizing advanced CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of CAD systems and software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
• Develop and maintain CAD documentation and procedures
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members on new CAD tools and techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CAD design and management
• Proficiency in multiple CAD software packages (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools for resume analysis and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
