About the role

The Field Technician installs, repairs, and educates customers on services while working outdoors across various environments. This entry-level position offers training, opportunities for self-progression, and earning potential starting at $20+/hr, with potential increases through a self-progression plan. Technicians build relationships, solve technical challenges, and develop industry-recognized certifications.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair services at customer premises.
• Educate customers on service use and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Work outdoors in diverse weather and terrain, using hand tools and equipment.
• Operate company vehicles and safely handle tools and components.
• Participate in on-the-job training, apprenticeship programs, and career progression initiatives.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in computer use and hand tools.
• Effective communication, professionalism, time management, and critical thinking.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel to various locations.

Working Conditions

Outdoor work in varying weather, using hand tools, climbing ladders, and working at heights. Support and training are provided to develop technical skills and confidence.

Pay

Starting at $20+/hr, with potential increases through a self-progression plan.
