About the Role

Responsibilities

• Install and repair communication services at customer locations.
• Educate customers on service usage and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Work outdoors across various terrains and weather conditions.
• Operate hand tools, navigate company vehicles, and handle small components.
• Participate in training programs, including broadband apprenticeships and certification opportunities.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in computer use and hand tools.
• Effective communication, professionalism, and time management.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces and heights.
• Fluent in English; ability to travel as needed.

Pay
