About the role

MCI is seeking enthusiastic Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with customers via inbound and outbound calls, delivering tailored solutions, and managing customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Deliver tailored solutions by understanding customer needs and recommending services
• Resolve inquiries efficiently by collaborating with internal teams
• Manage customer accounts and process orders accurately using our systems
• Maintain detailed records and follow company procedures
• Hold privacy standards and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
• Stay up-to-date through ongoing training and team meetings
• Demonstrate reliability with excellent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Typing speed of 20+ WPM
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows OS
• Dependable, punctual, and goal-oriented
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Empathetic, patient, and responsive to customer needs
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Conditions of Employment

• All MCI Locations Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
• Subject to the program and location of the position
