Position Overview: Sets up and operates variety of woodworking machines and uses various hand tools to fabricate and repair aircraft interior components and high grade furniture by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

• It is essential for all employees to adhere to Company policies.
• Work off computer drawings for articles to be fabricated
• Sets up and operates woodworking machines such as power saws, jointer to cut as required
• Trims component parts of joints to ensure snug fit
• Bores holes for inserts, pins and screws
• Glues, fits, and clamps parts and subassemblies together to form complete unit
• Drives fasteners into joints at designated places to reinforce joints
• Installs hardware such as hinges, catches, and drawer pulls
• Other duties may be assigned
