Responsibilities
- Delivering food & beverage to guest
- Maintaining a clean and organized guest facility
- Checking and documenting of temperature for Jacuzzi
- Maintain a clean and organized fitness center
- Meeting, greeting, and responding to all guests in a professional, courteous, and tranquil manner
- Participates in opening/closing duties as outlined in spa procedures manual
- Aware of all current spa promotions and discounts
- Determines guests' needs and directs them to appropriate employee/locations
- Deals with confidential and sensitive issues with a high level of professionalism
