C.O.R.E. Training Program
About the role
In the C.O.R.E Training Program at Jacam Catalyst, you will work side-by-side with experienced technical and field personnel to learn about our company, customer solutions, laboratory resources, technical knowledge, and company values. You will develop the basic skills necessary to successfully manage and maintain an area and/or production account. The program is located at our Gardendale, Texas facility (near Midland/Odessa). This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and have an accelerated entrance into the oilfield industry.
After three to six months alongside the technical team, you will have the opportunity to become an Account Manager within the company / Permian Basin or other field locations within the company, applying your knowledge and continued development.
Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day operations to sustain customer accounts.
- Gain knowledge of basic field sampling, wellsite equipment, maintaining inventory, product applications, and various production vessels.
- Organize and self-manage all field operations including a sampling schedule, inventory, workover rigs, team meetings, and customer needs.
- Explain water and well analysis to the customer and provide them with a service regimen that treats their unique oil and gas well problems.
- Conduct field surveys to identify current treatment programs for existing or potential problems and develop recommendations for treatment solutions.
- Understand Jacam Catalyst’s product line to provide performance and application guidance to customers.
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
- Serve as a liaison between the field and the laboratory to develop and direct laboratory testing to support field recommendations.
- Know and follow all safety procedures.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- High School Graduate and/or bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
- Adherence to Jacam Catalyst’s Drug and Alcohol policy, including agreement to submit to random drug testing as a condition of employment.
- Compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws.
- Adherence to guidelines, policies, and procedures as described in the Jacam Catalyst handbook.
