Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new commercial and industrial energy opportunities.
- Sell natural gas and related services for generator-powered applications.
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Build relationships with operations leaders, facilities teams, procurement professionals, contractors, and other decision-makers.
- Develop and grow strategic customer accounts throughout the territory.
- Work with internal operational and commercial teams to develop solutions around each customer’s power and fuel requirements.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
- Travel throughout the assigned region for customer meetings, project visits, and industry events.
- Operate independently and take ownership of territory performance.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant sales or business development experience.
- Established customer relationships across Texas and/or Oklahoma strongly preferred.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Natural gas, LNG, or CNG supply, Generator sales, rental, or leasing, Temporary or distributed power, Construction power, Commercial and industrial energy services, Oil and gas services.
- A transferable book of relationships with customers using generators or purchasing fuel is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to originate and close new business.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong commercial judgment and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Professional Certifications: Industry-specific certifications such as NRECA, ASME, or ISO 9001 are a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Location: Candidates located in Texas or Oklahoma are preferred. Candidates based elsewhere may be considered if they already cover the region and have meaningful customer relationships in these markets.
