Responsibilities
- Guide Buyers Through the Home Buying Journey
- Deliver exceptional client service while building trust and long-term relationships
- Schedule and accompany clients to private showings and open houses
- Education buyers on market conditions, financing options, and purchasing strategies
- Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers to secure favorable terms
- Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and vendors to ensure smooth closings
- Manage timelines, deadlines, and documentation throughout the transaction process
- Maintain consistent communication and proactive updates throughout the buying process
- Answer questions, solve problems, and deliver a seamless client experience
- Leverage Systems & Team Support
Qualifications
- Licensed in Rhode Island or Connecticut (or actively pursuing licensure)
- Great at negotiating, communicating, and connecting with people
- Client-focused and committed to delivering exceptional service
- Comfortable using CRM systems, MLS platforms, and technology tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills
- Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Knowledgeable about local, state, and federal real estate regulations
- Driven, coachable, and growth-minded
- Able to maintain a flexible schedule based on client needs
- Equipped with dependable transportation
