Buyers Agent - Dream Realty

Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE Launch program
• Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
• Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers
• Monitor and update tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Host two open houses each month
• Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
• Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines
• Participate actively in team events and activities
• Commit to weekly one-on-one real estate agent coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
• Consult with sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market homes
• Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Qualifications

• You are a self-driven sales professional with a competitive edge
• Skilled at building rapport, actively listening, and identifying tailored solutions
• Expert in prospecting and lead generation
• Naturally adept at overcoming objections
• Strong communicator dedicated to exceptional service
• Collaborative team player
• Licensed real estate professional, Buyers Agent background preferred but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Growth-oriented and eager to learn
• Highly organized
• Open to mastering scripts and dialogues
• Exceptional time management abilities
• Valid state license required to join the team (not required to apply)
