Buyer II SAAS

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement activities for software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, IT/ET hardware, and related professional services.
• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers while reviewing licensing, contract, maintenance, and support terms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage supplier relationships to support timely delivery, issue resolution, record accuracy, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience with a demonstrated focus on indirect categories.
• Hands-on experience sourcing software services, IT/ET hardware, and/or SaaS solutions, along with working knowledge of software licensing models and SaaS subscription structures.
• Experience with ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar, plus excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
