BUSSER (FULL AND PART TIME)

• Full and part time
• Wednesday through Sunday, 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay

Fixed Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

Requirements

• One year of bussing experience is required
• Must abide by all Company policies and procedures, including:
  • Use of medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins, or cleaning a slicer
  • Use of oven mitts, fryer gloves, or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers, or steam tables
  • Use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques
• Must maintain a drug-free workplace

Responsibilities

• Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares table for resetting; promptly and consistently resets all serviceware as prescribed
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment, including silverware, linen, and condiments
• Wipes down booths and chairs, moves tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary
• Serves guests beverages, breads, and butter and replenishes as necessary; assists servers with food and beverage service
• Transports all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
• Performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor
• Folds napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply
• Performs all assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
• Handles special guest requests, greets and seats guests, and cleans unexpected spills
• Performs other duties as assigned
