Busser (Full-Time & Part-Time)

As a Busser at Palm Aire Country Club, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment where every table is ready, every detail is noticed, and every member feels cared for. This position is about more than clearing tables—it's about keeping service flowing, supporting your teammates, and helping create the kind of experience that keeps members coming back. You'll work alongside servers, bartenders, and our culinary team to keep the dining room running smoothly while ensuring every space is clean, organized, and ready for the next guest. Shifts vary in pace, but every shift matters, offering opportunities to stay busy, learn new skills, and be part of a team that takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset dining tables quickly and efficiently.
• Support servers by refilling water and assisting with beverages when needed.
• Keep dining rooms, service stations, and work areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Set up and reset dining areas for daily service, member events, banquets, and special occasions.
• Polish and stock glassware, utensils, and other dining essentials.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service moving efficiently.
• Notice the little things that make a big difference and take initiative to help wherever needed.
• Help create a warm, welcoming experience for every member and guest.
