About the role

As a Busser at The Dime, you’ll help set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. Working closely with servers and managers, you’ll ensure the dining room is clean, organized, and ready for service at all times. This is a great entry-level position for those looking to grow in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Clear, reset, and sanitize tables efficiently
• Assist servers in refilling water, bread, and other guest needs
• Keep service stations, glassware, and silverware stocked and organized
• Maintain overall cleanliness of the dining room and assist with closing duties
• Provide friendly, attentive service to support the guest experience

Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Team-oriented and reliable with a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet throughout your shift

Pay

$7.50/hour plus tips
