Busser - American Grill

About the role

The Fine Dining Busser is responsible for preparing dining rooms for use, cleaning appropriate areas, and setting tables to ensure a positive guest experience in the Fine Dining Restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Complete all established set-up duties.
• Perform stocking and closing duties on time.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables according to procedures.
• Adhere to health and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in high volume food service or customer service preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Ability to deliver a service level that creates an atmosphere making guests want to return, providing each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
• Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in accomplishing position responsibilities to support organizational goals.
• Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
