Essential Duties
- Completing all established set-up, stocking, and closing duties on time.
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables according to procedures and adhering to health and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months experience in high volume food service or customer service preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Work Environment
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, talking, and hearing.
- Bending, stooping, carrying, handling, and moving up to 75 pounds.
- General public and excessive noise exposure.
- Constant exposure to a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment.
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Native American Preference Policy
